An approximation of how I perceived the one episode of Lost I tried to watch. Only more coherent.
Precisely why She doesn’t watch Lost. Ridiculous.

LINK: LOST Characters make a sandwich «
A list of characters from “LOST,” and how they would make a PB&J sandwich on the island.
Libby’s is by far the best.

A fan made this video which shows what the opening credits for “LOST” would look like if the show was in 1967. IT IS AWESOME.

Except for the one guy who clearly thinks he’s hilarious (you will know who I mean), this video of Newsweek staffers who have never seen Lost before describing key scenes is surprisingly great!

J & L’s ‘LOST’ Season Premiere Superlatives
Josh and I got together to watch the season 6 premiere of Lost last night. We giggled, we screamed, we hypothesized and scratched our heads. We also ate a Hurley-sized portion of reduced fat Wheat Thins and Sabra hummus. It was a magical event that we decided to recap through the time-honored tradition of superlatives…Lost style. Smoke Monster got Most Likely to Succeed. JK.
MOST TORTURED
Josh
I suppose technically Juliet was the “tortured” one in her prolonged death scene in Sawyer’s arms but I couldn’t muster feeling that bad for her as 1) if you’re going to die, dying in Sawyer’s arms is pretty awesome and 2) I had emotionally moved on after her death you guys, and everyone KNOWS it’s gonna be all about Sawyer and Kate in the end, amiriiiiite?
Anyway, to me, Sawyer was the one who had to endure torture, holding bloody and (probably) smelly Juliet as she drifted toward death. At one point I turned to Liz and said “Did he just say ‘Uh, you’re kind of bloody?’ when she tried to kiss him?” “No,” Liz said. “He said “You’ve got it, buddy.’”
Liz
Initially, this category was so obvious to me. MT (Most Tortured) has to be either a) Sawyer grieving over dead Juliet or b) Jack desperately trying to pump life back into a very lifeless Sayid. But, upon further mulling about this episode, I reached an entirely different conclusion all together: seeing Locke get in his wheelchair after the plane landed at LAX pulled at my heartstrings in a way that neither J nor S could. He was STILL confined to that chair, returning from Australia defeated and dejected after they refused to let him come on the Outback hunting trip he had dreamed of. He’s a broken man and he carries that with him in a quiet grief that trumps anyone else on the show.
MOST DRAMATIC DEATH
Josh
I know this may sound weird, but I didn’t really feel all that much anything by Sayid “death.” (I think it’s because of this whole parallel storyline thing - it’s like Sayid may be dead in this universe… but he’s still kickin’ in the other one!) For me, Jacob’s death is the one that stings, weirdly. He’s so nice and understanding with that understated roguish quality about him. Don’t you just want to curl up next to him on the sofa and talk about your dreams and stuff with a cup of tea?! Uhhh, I think I’ll stop here.
Liz
Juliet took this one for me. Who knew she’d reappear buried in the Hatch? And then die before bestowing her last words upon Sawyer…Oh, Juliet, even in death you left me wringing my hands in frustration. From her screams below the rubble to her last words that weren’t really last words to her burial with Miles and Sawyer, Juliet brought the dramz.
BIGGEST “HUH?!?!” MOMENT
Josh
In no particular order, here are things that I want answered badddd (which, weirdly, doesn’t include the island being submerged): what was the deal with Juliet’s whole “let’s get coffee” thing, the origin of the blood on Jack’s neck on the plane, how the Japanese guy knew to look INSIDE the ankh, how Kate ended up hanging from that tree.
Liz
Wait, what’s that huge temple that we’ve NEVER seen before? Who the F is that Asian guy?! What language is he speaking? OMG, is that…CINDY?!?!
Side-by-side comparison of the first 150 seconds of Lost’s season one and season six premieres.
Intriguingggg.

I am a HUGE fan of both “24” and “LOST” so this clip is kind of my dream. Someone edited the plane crash from season 1 with clips of what was happening in real time all over the island. I wish the show was done like this permanently. But then it would probably only be in the middle of its 2nd season.

Best TV of ‘09
I am a TV-phile. And I feel that this year, especially has been a groundbreaking year for TV. I’m convinced that the storylines and character development of shows today easily rival movies of this year.
So with that said, here are my top 10 shows of 2009:
10: “Eastbound & Down”
I will watch ANYTHING that Danny McBride and Jody Hill do. I’ve been a fan of theirs since FOOT FIST WAY. The show is obviously driven by the outrageous one-liners and actions of “Kenny Powers” but the supporting cast is equally as hilarious.
Why watch? Andrew Daly is hilarious as the naive boyfriend of Kenny’s ex gf, and Steve Little STEALS THE SHOW as Kenny’s potentially “slow” best friend/assistant.
9: “Parks & Recreation”
This show has had a definite resurgence, and there was no hesitation when NBC exec’s renewed it for a third season. People may compare this show to “The Office,” but the main difference between the shows is P&R lacks subtlety and embraces its quirks. Just check out why GQ named it their sitcom of the year.
Why watch? Bacon.

If you’re a LOST fan, you will appreciate this. If you’re a golfer/contract killer - this will also resonate.
